For years, underground utilities were often subject to ground water infiltration due to poorly designed methods of sealing these chambers.

Common methods of concrete haunching, mechanical links or quick-set cements commonly failed due to the very nature of the construction process.

The pipe entries were commonly sealed using inadequate materials leading to consistent failures.

The DryVault System provides for a custom installed waterproof seal around the pipe

Since 2002 – Mountain Waterproofing has been specified to provide the pipe entry waterproofing system to new chamber installations for the City of Calgary Waterworks.

This system, called the MWP DRYVAULT SYSTEM

is a method of ensuring a 100% water- tight seal on the chamber. This system actually speeds up the construction time and can save money on the overall project.
